Refund and cancellation policy

GENERAL PROVISIONS THAT APPLY IN THE CASE OF RETURNS

Our return policy allows you to return products to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided certain conditions are met. Only products that are ready for delivery are eligible for return.

To be eligible for a refund, all products must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unaltered, unused, and completely intact, maintaining its salable condition as received from us or our agents. Cloth must be free from any damage, including the sole.
  2. The product should be returned in its original packaging, box, or dust cover, with all brand and product tags, price tags, and care instructions attached. Authenticity cards, if provided, should also be returned. For swimwear, the hygiene liner should remain in place.
  3. Ensuring that the products meet these conditions will make you eligible for a refund under our return and exchange policy.

Refund of the order amount after the return

The refund process will commence only after completing the return procedure and obtaining approval for the return of the desired product(s). Once approved, we will refund the full amount paid for the non-damaged product(s) that were returned, with the exception of shipping costs, cash-on-receipt fees, fees for electronic payment operations, or any other services that may incur fees, as well as any bank fees incurred at the time of return, if applicable.

Product return policy

In the event that your order was received damaged or contains incorrect items, please initiate the return process as mentioned earlier. Kindly return the product in the same condition as received within 7 days of receiving the order which includes any applicable costs of delivery, taxes, and customs fees associated with the original order. Additionally, we offer the option of product exchange in such cases. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned product.
